Welcoming Diversity in the Learning Environment
Teacher’s Handbook for Inclusive Education

   This teacher’s handbook is intended to serve as a practical resource to help teachers and teacher educators to gain understanding of the multiple issues of inclusion in their day-to-day work and acquire competencies that facilitate inclusive pedagogy. The handbook is comprised of nine modules – each of which presents the conceptual discussion of key topics related to inclusion and diversity and features some promising case studies, instruments and approaches. It also provides a framework for ensuring learning continuity in the wake of crises and emergencies such as the COVID-19 pandemic, and deals with a range of topics aimed at building the capacities of teachers and teacher educators for recovery and resilience in education systems in the COVID-19 context.

 หนังสือคู่มือสำหรับครูฉบับนี้ได้รับการจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อใช้เป็นทรัพยากรในการช่วยครูผู้สอนให้เข้าใจปัญหาของห้องเรียนรวมที่พบได้ในแต่ละวัน และเพื่อให้สามารถจัดการเรียนการสอนในห้องเรียนรวมได้ หนังสือฉบับนี้ประกอบด้วย 9 หน่วยการเรียนรู้ โดยแต่ละหน่วยจะนำเสนอการอภิปรายเชิงแนวคิดของหัวข้อที่เกี่ยวข้องกับห้องเรียนรวมและความหลากหลาย รวมถึงแสดงกรณีตัวอย่าง เครื่องมือและวิธีจัดการกับกรณีตัวอย่างดังกล่าว มากไปกว่านั้นยังนำเสนอโครงร่างสำหรับรับประกันความต่อเนื่องในการเรียนรู้ในภาวะวิกฤตหรือสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉิน เช่น สถาณการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของ COVID-19 และระบุถึงหัวข้อต่าง ๆ ที่มุ่งเน้นการเพิ่มสมรรถนะของครูและผู้สอนเพื่อการฟื้นฟูและการปรับตัวของระบบการศึกษาในสถาณการณ์ COVID-19
